We offer a 14-day refund option for all products that use our remote licensing system and this is always stated clearly on the product page with the words 14-Day Refund Option. After the 14-day period, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to always download a trial version first.
The Customer Used a 14-Day Trial
If a customer downloads and uses a trial product and then proceeds to purchase the product, it is not possible to request a refund.
Products Sold With Source Code
Some of our products are sold with source code, these products are non-refundable because we cannot deactivate them within the 14-day refund period, the non-refund option is clearly stated on the product page and when you checkout you accepted the terms of sale that we will not issue a refund.
Custom Development Service
The custom development service has its own refund policy.
Refund Limitations
In order to protect ourselves against fraud and misuse, the following limitations apply which make refunds void and not possible.
- A refund request is not available for products that have been previously refunded by the customer and were again purchased at a later date.
- A refund request is not available for customers who have recently downloaded a trial copy of the same product in the last 6 months.
- Any product that does not use a digital licensing system and states they are non-refundable on the product page.
- If a customer has requested refunds twice in the last 6 months.
- Any product purchased with a digital Gift voucher is not eligible for a refund.
- Free & trial downloads cannot be refunded.
- A refund is not available for products that are sold with full source code.
Your Rights & Digital Goods
Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods, once you download the product we are not obliged by law to refund you, but due to our remote licensing system, we can offer refunds to our customers under certain terms.

This is the terms of service between you the customer and us the service provider when you purchase one of our products from our MarketPlace.
