    If you find any bugs with the free cTrader indicators, cBots or trading software that you downloaded from our website then please tell us about them here. Make sure you put the name of the product in the subject line and provide as much information as possible.

    We do not provide technical support for the free downloads, but please report them here and when we have time we will investigate. If you want to find out why we do not provide technical support for the free software, just click on the link below.

    I try CTRADER WEIS WAVE VOLUME INDICATOR and I see the last 3rd bar not shown (blank) sometime shown but more often shown then disappear. I also see the 2nd and the last one prior bar often truncated... I hope it will be updated soon and fixed the bug. I use Ctraer 3.3 windows 7 and windows 10

    I am sorry for the inconvenience, but this product will only work with cTrader v3.5 and above, your broker will update soon to this version.

    Hi Paul, I have a request for you according to your time options. There is a problem with the free version of the Weis Wave indicator. The indicator is really great, only 3 volume bars disappear. Until yesterday, I used the cTrader version 3.3 platform. Today I received an update of the 3.5 version platform. Next, it does not show the volume bar. You mentioned the update on the site, but I can not find it? I downloaded the pointer from ClickAlgo after registering my account. Paid version of the indicator did not work on my platforms. Perhaps this is a small mistake. I care about time. If you can send it to me by e-mail: akdiament@gmail.com. I reported the error of the paid version to the sales department yesterday.     Cześć Paul, mam do Ciebie prośbę na miarę twoich możliwości czasowych. Jest jakiś problem z bezpłatną wersją wskaźnika Weis Wave.Wskaźnik jest naprawdę super, tylko znika 3 słupek wolumenu.  Do wczoraj korzystałem z platformy cTrader wersja 3.3. Dzisiaj otrzymałem aktualizację platformy wersja 3.5. Dalej nie pokazuje słupka wolumenu. Wspomniałeś o aktualizacji na stronie, ale nie mogę jej znaleźć?Wskaźnik pobrałem ze strony ClickAlgo po dokonaniu rejestracji konta. Płatna wersja wskaźnika nie działała u mnie na platformach. Być może jest to drobny błąd. Zależy mi na czasie. Jeżeli możesz wyślij mi go na adres e-mail: akdiament@gmail.com. Błąd wersji płatnej zgłosiłem wczoraj do działu sprzedaży. (wysłałem Print Scrn.)     There may be some confusion the issue with the version of cTrader to v3.5 is for the PRC indicator, the WeisWave indicator is a free download and we are aware of the issue if you could send more details about the problems you are having with the paid version to support@clickalgo.com I will get the vendor to investigate.
