    We can remote connect to your PC or VPS and help you install and configure the cTrader Desktop platform, which includes.

    • Downloading & Installing cTrader desktop.
    • Configuring cTrader desktop trade settings.
    • How to install a cBot & indicator.
    • How to configure and run your cBots.
    • Configuring your email settings.
    • How to use cTrader Automate for backtesting.
    • How to use cTrader Automate for optimisation.

     

    Open Source Product Support

    If you have purchased one of our automated trading systems that include the source code we can help you set it up so you can edit the code and build the cBot using Microsoft Visual Studio.

     

    How to Tell Us About Your Problem

    When you purchase the Priority Support package also send an email to development@clickalgo.com with a full description of your problem and how you would like us to help you. The minimum support time is 1-hour and the fee is £50, if you wish to purchase more support hours just change the value next to the buy now button.

     

    Remote Desktop Support Using TeamViewer

    In order to help you by remotely connecting to your PC or Virtual Private Server (VPS), you will need to download and install some software in order for us to connect. It is optimized for instant remote desktop support, this small customer module does not require installation or administrator rights — simply download, and double-click.
