    CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE AT CLICKALGO?

    Yes, you can call us at any time and we will answer the phone if for any reason we are unable to answer we will call you back.

     

    WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU SUPPORT?

    We only offer support in the English language.

     

    HOW MANY MACHINES CAN I INSTALL THE TRADING SOFTWARE?

    You can install up to a maximum of two machines, either a PC and a Server, 2 PCs or 2 Servers.

    If you buy a new machine, just contact us with the details and we will issue you a new license.

    PRODUCT DOWNLOADS

    Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access your product downloads.

     

    INDICATORS - MANUAL TRADING ONLY

    Unless otherwise stated all the indicators provided by ClickAlgo.com are for manual trading only.

     

    SOURCE CODE NOT INCLUDED

    We do not provide the source code for any of our digitally downloaded products unless otherwise stated on the product page, the source code is the intellectual property (IP) of ClickAlgo.com and not available to the public. In some cases, we may offer the customer the option to purchase the source code.

     

    PAYING CUSTOMERS PRODUCT SUPPORT

    All customers who have purchased one or more of our products are entitled to full product support and can use the product support help desk ticket system, the service level we provide is an 8 hour response time although we usually reply within an hour. Paying customers will also benefit from email, telephone and remote support.

     

    NON-PAYING CUSTOMERS PRODUCT SUPPORT

    FREE DOWNLOADS

    All customers who have downloaded one of our free products will have limited support only, they cannot submit a support ticket and must post any problems they find to the community forum where a member of the support staff will investigate and they will publish the answer on the forum. 

    TRIAL DOWNLOADS

    All customers who have downloaded one of our products on a 14-day trial basis will have limited support only, they cannot submit a support ticket and must post any problems they find on the community forum where a member of the support staff will investigate and they will publish the answer on the forum.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE MY SOFTWARE PROJECT

    Usually, we can give an estimate on how long it will take to deliver after we have received your project description, sometimes your product will be delivered in iterations as you discover better ways to improve it. The average project is delivered within 5 working days.

     

    HOW CAN WE COMMUNICATE?

    We can communicate by either email, telephone or video call to discuss your project or to talk about any issues you may have with our software.

    HOW WILL THE PAYMENT BE MADE TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE?

    • All small projects are required to pay the development costs in advance. All larger projects can have staged payments for mutual protection.
    • Once we have delivered your software to you any errors or bugs found will be fixed free of charge.
    • You can choose to pay using PayPal or with your debit and credit card using the Stripe payment system.
    • If you pay through PayPal then your payments are protected under their PayPal Resolution Center which will allow you to get a refund of your money if there is a disagreement.

     

    HOW MUCH WARRANTY OR SUPPORT WILL BE OFFERED WITH CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT?

    We will fix your product free of charge anytime within the warranty period of 28 days if you find any bugs or errors that are a result of our custom development work or if it does not meet your initial specification. If you have made modifications to the code yourself then we are not obliged to correct any bugs or errors.

     

    HOW MUCH WARRANTY OR SUPPORT WILL BE OFFERED FOR DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE?

    If you download paid software from our web store and you find any bugs in the system then we will correct these bugs free of charge within 10 working days and send you an update, this does not apply to any free or trial software downloaded, but we welcome your feedback so that we can fix these errors within a reasonable timeframe.

     

    3rd PARTY VENDOR PRODUCTS SUPPORT

    All our vendor products are 3rd party companies or individuals who are selling their products on this website, we offer 1st line support for the robots and indicators and the vendor offer 2nd line support, so we are the first people you contact if you need help, just send your query to our support email or use the link at the bottom of this page.

     

    WHAT STEPS WILL YOU TAKE TO KEEP MY DEVELOPMENT CONFIDENTIAL?

    We never disclose any of our client's programs or strategies, but some clients wish for a non-disclosure agreement so we have a basic Non-Disclosure agreement, just drop us an email asking for an NDA and we will physically sign one and send it to you as a PDF document.
