i wait the licence

Hello ! yesterday i bought Ctrader Median Renko Ultimate on clickalgo , I download the soft but i don't receive the serial license key.

Please accept my apologies for the delay, this product uses a licensing system by the vendor and it is not automated, the vendor has now sent your license key and we have requested that the vendor use our license system so delays do not happen in the future.
