Required Registration Information
When you register with us we only ask for your real first name, last name and email address, we need your correct name as this is used by our support staff when they help you and when you download either free or paid software.
Email Validation
When you register an account with us you will receive a verification email, you need to click on this link to complete your account registration, if you do not receive an email check your spam box as it could end up there instead.
Fake or Junk Registration Information
If a customer enters a fake name then the system will either capture this during registration or our anti-spambot will remove the new registration after the customer has registered.
Please provide your real first and last name as this is used when you make a purchase, payment transactions by banks may be refused if different names are used.
Duplicate Accounts
We do not allow duplicate accounts, this is where a customer is using 2 different email addresses or names.
