When you buy one of our products you can pay with any major credit or debit card or your PayPal account.
How to pay using your card?
Paying with your card is very easy, you simply enter your name, card number, expiry date and CVC number found on the back of the card. We do not hold any card details on our servers, the data is sent directly to our payment providers over a secure encrypted channel.
We use Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) which provides an extra layer of protection for our customers.
How to pay with PayPal?
If you have a PayPal account then this is the easiest way to pay for our products, you will be directed to a secure PayPal website where you will sign in to your account and make payment, you also have the option to pay as a guest using your credit or debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Your PayPal account offers buyer protection.
Refund option & peace of mind
We offer a 14-day refund option on nearly all our products, you can see which products offer this on each product page, at any time during the first 14-days of purchasing the product you can visit your account downloads and request a refund. There are some limitations to a refund.
- A 14-day trial version has not been downloaded.
- No more than 2 refund requests have been submitted in a 6-month period.
