Getting Started

This is the Multi-Account Manager cMAM documentation provided by ClickAlgo, you will find all you need to know about cMAM in this user guide, the documentation will help you to enhance your understanding of how to use the trade copying software to its full potential and all of the major cMAM features are explained in separate sections with included program screenshots.

If there are any errors or misspellings, or if anything is missing, please let us know so that we can amend it by posting it on the cMAM support forum

 

System Requirements

To run the trade copying software, the following specifications are recommended.

  • Operating System: Windows 8, 8.1, 10, 11, Server 2016 or later.
  • RAM Memory: 256 MB at most
  • Storage: 512 MB at most
  • Internet: 4 MBs at most
  • CPU: Any modern x86/x64 CPU will be able to run cMAM

 

The software has been tested on Windows 10, 11 and Server 2016, we strongly recommend you use cMAM on the tested Windows versions, despite cMAM supporting most Windows versions but it will work best on the above Windows versions.

 

How to Download

To download the cTrader to MT4 Trade Copying Software (cMAM) you need to visit our marketplace page and purchase it for FREE.

 

How to Install

There is no installation file, you will download the software as a single EXE file and start it by double or single clicking on this file.

 

Is It Free?

  • cMAM is free, you can use it if you want to without paying us or your broker.
  • cMAM uses Spotware Open API which is also free for all cTrader users.

 

Support Options

As guardians of this product, we cannot offer direct support, but we can offer platforms and channels for cMAM users to help each other, where possible we will offer help when where we can. Please read all the support options available.

 

How to Report a Bug

If you find a bug while using the cMAM trade copying software you can send an email automatically from the software with a bug log report as well as post it a the cMAM support page, at the moment we cannot offer support fixing these bugs
