How to Run Our cBots On The Cloud
By default, our cBots are not compatible with cTrader Cloud because the platform does not permit communication with external license servers. This restriction prevents us from verifying whether a product is registered to a specific customer, which is a key requirement of our licensing system. This system allows us to offer fully functional 14-day trial versions and support refund requests.
Use a Virtual Private Server
Consider using a Virtual Private Server (VPS) to run your cBots in the cloud, rather than cTrader Cloud.
Still need the cTrader Cloud Version
We now offer a dedicated version of our products specifically designed for use on the cTrader Cloud platform. If your download link has expired, you will need to repurchase the product at a 50% discount before you can request access to the cTrader Cloud version.
