These terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) describe the terms and conditions that ClickAlgo Limited (“Author”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses on its website (“Site”) and the choices that you have.
When you download a SOFTWARE PRODUCT from the ClickAlgo website, you automatically agree to our End User License Agreement.
We may update these terms of service from time to time by posting a new version on our Website. You should check our Website occasionally to ensure any changes suit you. If applicable law requires, you will be informed of any significant changes to the service terms.
The current version of these terms of service was updated on the 24th of January, 2024.
We offer a 14-day refund option for all products that use our remote licensing system. This is always stated clearly on the product page with the words "14-Day Refund Option." After 14 days, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We always encourage our customers to download a trial version first.
Our site is for educational use only and should not be considered financial advice. Trading and Investing Activities are Inherently Risky, and Users of Our Material Should Be Prepared to Incur Losses in Connection with Such Activities.
We do not use email support for enquiries about downloading, installing, or running the trading software downloaded from the website. Instead, we have a comprehensive online help centre and the option to talk to a support engineer using our Product Support Forum. Any customer who is unable or does not wish to post on the forum will not be offered support on their products.
We hold no responsibility if bugs in the cTrader Desktop trading platform affect our products in any way. We will not offer refunds for products outside of the 14-day refund period. You will need to contact Spotware, the company that created the cTrader platform, for assistance.
We do not offer any form of modification for the products available for download at ClickAlgo Limited. If a customer requires changes or new features on a product they have purchased, they will need to post a suggestion on the community forum, where it will be reviewed for a future update.
If there is a communication issue with the customer that prevents us from providing support, ClickAlgo Limited reserves the right to refund the full amount that the customer paid and deactivate the product. We will also no longer provide any continued support.
All our products are distributed and licensed on an “as is” basis, and ClickAlgo Limited does not guarantee or promise performance, reliability, or suitability for any given task.
ClickAlgo Limited is not responsible for any losses that may occur due to any bugs in our software; customers use our software at their own risk.
If you purchase one of our products sold with full source code, then there is no refund option available. This is a downloadable digital product that cannot be deactivated. We will offer no warranty, and the product is sold as-is with no guarantees or promises of any kind by ClickAlgo Limited as to its performance, reliability, or suitability to any given task.
ClickAlgo Limited reserves the right to publish new updates for any product with features either removed or added if we feel that the updated version will benefit our customers. Most of the time, existing customers request the new feature changes.
It is illegal to reverse engineer any of our products that are provided without source code, any customer found to be doing this will be banned from the website and all related support services as well as possible legal proceedings for abuse of copyright.
All of the paid downloadable products that require registration fall under our licensing terms. Each product can be installed on only two Personal computers or Windows Servers at any time. The customer will have the option to manage their product licenses so that they can activate and deactivate the registered products on their machines.
When you purchase products from our web store, you can pay using a major credit or debit card, Crypto.com, Revolut, or PayPal, for secure and fast payment. When paying by credit card, we cannot access your card details.
According to EU VAT rules, consumers living in the European Union (EU) must pay a value-added tax (VAT) on digital goods. The VAT tax is included in the price advertised. The price advertised is the price you pay.
Suppose a customer purchases products on our website using a stolen card. In that case, we will deactivate the customer's account to prevent further criminal behaviour until we have investigated the cause of the problem. If we need to refund the cardholder, we will deactivate all the products purchased using the stolen card.
Any purchase made using a Prepaid debit card or a card whose origin is outside the country of purchase will require some additional checks after purchase. ClickAlgo Limited reserves the right to refund the card and deactivate the products if the customer cannot prove the card belongs to them.
This site and the content, products, and services on this site, software, and all Author Content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, with no warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the author disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The author does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
The author does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. If the customer discovers any issues or bugs with the digital product downloaded from our website, they need to report the bug to us so that we can correct the product and publish an update. The customer should allow ClickAlgo at least 14 days to fix any issues reported. The customer must provide ClickAlgo with all the relevant information so we can investigate any issues that have been reported.
This Agreement is made only in English. If there is any conflict in the meaning of the English language version of this Agreement and any version or translation of it in any other language, the English version shall prevail.
Before you engage in transactions using an electronic system, you should carefully review the rules and regulations of the exchanges offering the system and/or listing the instruments you intend to trade. Online trading has inherent risks due to system response and access times that may vary due to market conditions, system performance, etc. You should understand these and additional risks before trading.

If an Author's product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the Author reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for a product listed at the incorrect price. The author reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged or completed. If your payment method has already been charged or completed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Author shall issue a credit to your payment method used in the amount of the incorrect price less any applicable proration.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Author, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Author and its suppliers shall not be liable in any respect for failures to perform hereunder due wholly or substantially to the elements, acts of God, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of civil or military authority, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, armed hostilities, riots and other unavoidable events beyond the control of the Author or its suppliers, and the time for performance of obligations hereunder by the Author or its suppliers subject to such event shall be extended for the duration of such event.
