    Terms of Service and Refund Policy


    These terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) describe the terms and conditions that ClickAlgo (“Author”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses on its website (“Site” or “Marketplace”) and the choices that you have.


    We may update these terms of service at our discretion from time to time by posting a new version on our Website. You should check our Website occasionally to ensure any changes made are suitable for you. If required by applicable law, you will be informed of any significant changes made to the terms of service.

    The current version of these terms of service was modified on November 2, 2019.

    Intellectual Property

    The entire content included in this site and inclusive of all Author Content, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the European Union and other copyright laws and is the property of Author.

    Your Limited User License

    You may not republish, post, transmit or otherwise distribute the Author Content to online bulletin and message boards, blogs, chat rooms, intranets or anywhere else without our consent. You further agree not to create abstracts from or extract any portion of Author Content, for use on another website or service. Any other copying, distribution, storing, or transmission of any kind, or any commercial use of Author Content, is prohibited without Author’s prior written permission.No subscriber or other user is allowed to copy, sell, license, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, create any of the materials or Author Content on our site or any derivative works from or use the Author Content, in whole or in part, except as is expressly authorized by these terms and conditions.

    Fraudulent Purchases

    In no event shall ClickAlgo be accountable for any or all financial losses or costs from the use of any of our software. Any chargeback initiated by the customer will be investigated to the fullest extent, and that customer will no longer be able to purchase any items from our company. Any additional purchases will be refunded immediately. Please do not attempt to make any fraudulent purchases. If we receive any fraudulent chargebacks, we will immediately deactivate your copy of the software and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

    Refund Terms

    We offer a 14-day refund option for all products that use our remote licensing system and this is always stated clearly on the product page. After the 14-day period, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to always download a trial version first.

    All refunds are void if a 14-day trial copy of the product has been used prior to downloading the paid version.

    More than 90% of our products currently use the digital licensing system and are eligible for the 14-day refund option.

    14-Day Refund Option

    All the digital products from our web store where the customer needs to request a license key for registration have a 14-day refund policy, this means that if you purchase a product and you are unhappy with it, as long as it is within 14-days of the purchase date and a trial copy has not been previously downloaded or the product has been returned and re-purchased.

    On the same day that we action your refund the downloaded digital product will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use it, we use a remote activation licensing system to manage all our products and your product will simply stop working on all your PC and VPS machines. Also, your product will be removed from your account on the website and a note is placed recording the refund request.

    How to Request a Refund?

    If you wish to request a refund all you need to do is log into your account at ClickAlgo.com and go to your orders, find the order you wish to return and click on the "Return request" link.

    Non-Refundable Products

    We do not offer refunds on digital products that do not use digital license registration, we recommend that you download a 14-day trial version first to see if the product is suitable. Exchanges are also not allowed.

    Refund Fees

    Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods.

    The transactional fee charged by our payment provider to process the payment will not be returned, this is the fee the payment provider is charged by the banks to process the payment. There is also a 5% administration fee with a maximum of £5.00 from the total price of the purchase that we charge to process the refund, this fee is waived if the product is faulty or a genuine mistake was made when purchasing the product.

    • We recommend that you download a 14-day trial version first so you do not incur any refund fees.

    Product Exchange Requests

    You may exchange any product that has a 14-Day Guaranteed Refund within the first 7-days of payment, after this period product exchanges are no longer allowed, the price difference between the two products must be either paid by the customer or refunded by us.

    • You will not be able to request an exchange for a 14-Day Limited Refund product.
    • Product exchanges can only be used once for the original product purchased.
    • You will not be able to change a product where a customer has previously downloaded and registered a 14-day trial copy.
    • The refund period is carried forward to the new product. Example: if the exchange was requested 7-days after purchase, the exchanged product will only have a 7-day refund period.

    Exchange Fees

    There will be a fee for exchanging goods only if we need to refund the difference, this will be calculated as a % of the processing fee and our 5% admin fee to a maximum of £5.00, this is taken from the refunded amount.

    14-Day Trial Versions Available

    All our products also have a 14-day try-before-you-buy version available, please download the trial version first before making any purchase.

    Refunds That Are Void

    • The 14-day guaranteed refund period is not available for products that have been returned by the customer and again purchased at a later date.
    • The 14-day guaranteed refund period is not available for customers who have previously downloaded and registered a 14-day trial copy.
    • Any product that does not use a digital licensing system and state they are non-refundable on the product page.

    How Long Do Refunds Take?

    We usually action a refund the same day that we receive instructions from you to cancel the order. If you paid via PayPal then PayPal will credit your account immediately. If you paid with your credit or debit card then it can take 5-10 business days to reach your account.

    What Happens To The Product After A Refund?

    On the same day that we action your refund the downloaded digital product will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use it, we use a remote activation licensing system to manage all our products and your product will simply stop working on all your PC and VPS machines. Also, your product will be removed from your account on the website and a note is placed recording the refund request.

    Digital Product Downloads

    We do not provide the source code for any of the digital products that are available for download unless otherwise stated on the product page.

    • Paid Software Product Support - All customers who have purchased one or more of our products are entitled to full product support and can use the product support help desk ticket system, the service level we provide is an 8 hour response time, but during busy periods this may be longer.
    • Non-Paid Software Product Support - All customers who have downloaded one of our free or trial products will have limited support only, they cannot submit a support ticket and must post any problems they find to the community forum where a member of the support staff will investigate and they will publish the answer on the forum.

    We do not offer any form of modifications for the products which are available for download at ClickAlgo, if a customer requires changes or new features on a product they have purchased then they will need to post their suggestion on the community forum where it will be reviewed for a future update. We are under no obligation to make any changes that are requested by a customer.

    We do not provide a free service for configuring the customer's Telegram, Email or SMS accounts for use with any of our software downloaded from our MarketPlace, instead, we provide content on the website to help the customer, if the customer cannot configure these accounts then we offer a paid service to do this for them.

    If there is a communication issue with the customer where we cannot provide support than ClickAlgo reserves the right to refund the full amount that the customer paid and deactivate the product, we will also no longer provide any continued support.

    All our products are distributed and licensed on an “as is” basis and no warranties, guarantees, or promises of any kind by ClickAlgo as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task.

    ClickAlgo are not responsible for any losses that may occur due to any bugs in our software, customers use our software at their own risk.

    All support is void if a customer changes the name of any of our products which include cBots and indicators.

    Reverse Engineering of Copyrighted Code

    It is illegal to reverse engineer any of our products that are provided without source code, any customer found to be doing this will be banned from the website and all related support services as well as possible legal proceedings for abuse of copyright.

    Download Limit for Free Products

    Free Downloads are limited to 2 per day for non-subscribers.

    Licensing Terms

    All of the paid downloadable products that require registration fall under our licensing terms and each product can be installed on only two Personal computers or Windows Servers at any time, the customer will have the option to manage their own product licenses so that they activate and deactivate the registered products on their machines.

    Payment Terms

    When you purchase any products from our web store you can pay using one of the major credit or debit cards, we also offer PayPal for secure & fast payment. We use a variety of payment providers to bill for our products online. These companies will have access to your personal and payment information. When paying by credit card, we do not ever have any access to your credit card details.

    The third parties we use are Stripe and PayPal. We share information with these companies only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our marketplace.

    This site and the content, products, and services on this site, software, and all Author Content are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Author disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The author does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

    The author does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such states, our liability and that of our third-party content providers will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

    Typographical Errors

    In the event that an Author product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the Author reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The author reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged or completed. If your payment method has already been charged or completed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Author shall issue a credit to your payment method used in the amount of the incorrect price less any applicable proration.


    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Author, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

    Risk Disclosure

    Past performance does not guarantee future success. In some cases, managed accounts are charged with substantial commissions and advisory fees. Those accounts subject to these charges may need to make substantial trading profits just to avoid depletion of their assets.

    Each broker/advisor (“CTA”) is required by the regulator to issue to prospective clients a risk disclosure document outlining these fees, conflicts of interest and other associated risks. The full risk of commodity futures, options CFD’s, spread betting and forex trading cannot be addressed in this risk disclosure statement.

    No consideration of investing should be made without thoroughly reading the disclosure document of each of the CTA’s/brokers in which you may have an interest.

    Requesting a disclosure document places you under no obligation and each document is provided at no cost. The regulator has not passed upon the merits of participating in any of these programs nor on the adequacy or accuracy of the disclosure documents. Other disclosure statements are required to be provided to you before an account may be opened for you.

There is always a relationship between high reward and high risk. Any type of market or trade speculation that can yield an unusually high return on investment is subjected to unusually high risk. Only surplus funds should be placed at risk and anyone who does not have such funds should not participate in trading foreign currencies or commodities or futures or options or CFD’s or spread betting. Trading is not suitable for everyone.

    Trading commodity futures, options, CFD’s spread betting and foreign exchange (“Forex”) involves high risks and can cause you a complete loss of your funds.


    This Agreement is made only in the English language. If there is any conflict in the meaning of the English language version of this Agreement and any version or translation of it in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.

    Electronic Trading Risks

    Before you engage in transactions using an electronic system, you should carefully review the rules and regulations of the exchanges offering the system and/or listing the instruments you intend to trade. Online trading has inherent risk due to system response and access times that may vary due to market conditions, system performance and other facts. You should understand these and additional risks before trading.

    In connection with the use of computer equipment and data, the client bears the following risks amongst other risks, in which cases the company has no liability for any resulting loss:

    • Power cut of the equipment on the side of the client or the provider, or communication operator (including voice communication) that serves the client
    • Physical damage (or destruction) of the communication channels used to link the client and provider (communication operator)
    • Outage (unacceptably low quality) of communication via the channels used by the client, or the company of the channels used by the provider, or communication operator (including voice communication) that are used by the client or the company
    • Wrong or inconsistent with requirements settings of the client terminal
    • Untimely update of the client terminal
    • The use of communication channels, hardware, and software, generate the risk of no reception of a message (including text messages) by the client from the company
    • Malfunction or non-operability of the platform, which also includes the client terminal
    • The client is warned that when trading in an electronic platform he assumes the risk of financial loss which may be a consequence amongst other things:
    • Failure of client’s devices, software and poor quality of connection
    • ClickAlgo or client’s hardware or software failure, malfunction or misuse
    • Improper work of client’s equipment
    • Wrong settings of client’s terminal
    • Delayed updates to the client’s terminal

    You can use our software and extensions after account activation with a chosen service provider (the broker), you will be able to:

    • Download and install (where applicable) the trading and/or betting platforms (the “software”), you should ensure they are accessible and operational.
    • The software, which may have been developed by a third party, is provided “as is”. We will ensure, but cannot guarantee, that the software supports data security protocols compatible with those used by your broker. We also cannot guarantee that the software is free of any errors or deficiencies.
    • We will, to a reasonable extent, maintain the software and any other related systems up to date. We and/or any relevant third party may perform maintenance from time to time which includes shutting down, restarting and/or refreshing the servers to ensure, or procure to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the software. These actions may cause the software to be inaccessible and/or inoperative for a period of time, therefore you accept that we will bear no responsibility for any loss, including financial loss and/or opportunity due to maintenance and/or any action or omission of the ClickAlgo and/or the third-party software provider.

    This website, its content, and its products built are protected by International copyright laws. Reproduction and distribution of the content or any product without the written permission of the owner is prohibited.

    Force Majeure

    Author and its suppliers shall not be liable in any respect for failures to perform hereunder due wholly or substantially to the elements, acts of God, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of civil or military authority, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, armed hostilities, riots and other unavoidable events beyond the control of the Author or its suppliers, and the time for performance of obligations hereunder by the Author or its suppliers subject to such event shall be extended for the duration of such event.

    Every time you use our products you agree that in all cases ClickAlgo bears no responsibility for losses incurred, and offers no guarantees or expectations of your algorithm performance or stability.
