These terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) describe the terms and conditions that ClickAlgo Limited (“Author”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses on its website (“Site”) and the choices that you have.
EULA - End User License Agreement
When you download a SOFTWARE PRODUCT from the ClickAlgo website, you automatically agree to our End User License Agreement.
Policy Updates
We may update these terms of service from time to time by posting a new version on our Website. You should check our Website occasionally to ensure any changes suit you. If applicable law requires, you will be informed of any significant changes to the service terms.
The current version of these terms of service was updated on the 12th of April, 2024.
Refund Terms
We offer a 14-day refund option for all products that use our remote licensing system. This is always stated clearly on the product page with "14-Day Refund Option." After 14 days, the customer will no longer be eligible for a refund. We always encourage our customers to download a trial version first.
Risk Disclaimer
Our site is for educational use only and should not be considered financial advice. Trading and Investing Activities are Inherently Risky, and Users of Our Material Should Be Prepared to Incur Losses in Connection with Such Activities.
Website Product Support
We do not use email support for enquiries about downloading, installing, or running the trading software downloaded from the website. Instead, we have a comprehensive online help centre and the option to talk to a support engineer using our Product Support Forum. Any customer unable or does not wish to post on the forum will not be offered support on their products.
cTrader Desktop Bugs
We hold no responsibility if bugs in the cTrader Desktop trading platform affect our products in any way. We will not offer refunds for products outside of the 14-day refund period. You must contact Spotware, the company that created the cTrader platform, for assistance.
Digital Product Downloads
We do not offer any modification for the products available for download at ClickAlgo Limited. If a customer requires changes or new features on a product they have purchased, they must post a suggestion on the community forum, which will be reviewed for future updates.
Suppose a communication issue with the customer prevents us from providing support. In that case, ClickAlgo Limited reserves the right to refund the full amount that the customer paid and deactivate the product. We will also no longer provide any continued support.
All our products are distributed and licensed on an “as is” basis, and ClickAlgo Limited does not guarantee or promise performance, reliability, or suitability for any given task.
ClickAlgo Limited is not responsible for any losses that may occur due to any bugs in our software; customers use our software at their own risk.
Products Sold With Source Code
No refund option is available if you purchase one of our products sold with a complete source code. This is a downloadable digital product that cannot be deactivated. We will offer no warranty, and the product is sold as-is with no guarantees or promises by ClickAlgo Limited regarding its performance, reliability, or suitability to any given task.
Product Updates
ClickAlgo Limited reserves the right to publish new updates for any product with removed or added features if we feel the updated version will benefit our customers. Most of the time, existing customers request the new feature changes.
Reverse Engineering
It is illegal to reverse engineer any of our products that are provided without source code; any customer found doing this will be banned from the website and all related support services, as well as possible legal proceedings for abuse of copyright.
Licensing Terms
All paid downloadable products that require registration fall under our licensing terms. Each product can be installed on only two Personal computers or Windows Servers at any time. The customer will have the option to manage their product licenses so that they can activate and deactivate the registered products on their machines. Each license will allow two years of usage for each product purchased.
Payment Terms
For secure and fast payment, you can purchase products from our web store using a major credit or debit card, Crypto.com, Revolut, or PayPal. When paying by credit card, we cannot access your card details.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
European Union Customers
According to EU VAT rules, European Union (EU) consumers must pay a value-added tax (VAT) on digital goods. The VAT tax is included in the price advertised. The price advertised is the price you pay.
Fraudulent Purchases
Suppose a customer purchases products on our website using a stolen card. In that case, we will deactivate the customer's account to prevent further criminal behaviour until we have investigated the cause of the problem. If we need to refund the cardholder, we will deactivate all purchased products using the stolen card.
Anti-Fraud Checks
Any purchase made using a Prepaid debit card or a card originating outside the country of purchase will require additional checks after purchase. ClickAlgo Limited reserves the right to refund the card and deactivate the products if the customer cannot prove the card belongs to them.
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the content, products, and services on this site, as well as software and all author content, are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, with no warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the author disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The author does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
The author does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such states, our liability and that of our third-party content providers will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Software Issues (Bugs)
If the customer discovers any issues or bugs with the digital product downloaded from our website, they need to report the bug to us so that we can correct the product and publish an update. The customer should allow ClickAlgo at least 14 days to fix any issues reported. The customer must provide ClickAlgo with all the relevant information so we can investigate any problems that have been reported.
Language
This Agreement is made only in English. If there is any conflict in the meaning of the English language version of this Agreement and any version or translation of it in any other language, the English version shall prevail.
Electronic Trading Risks
Before you engage in transactions using an electronic system, you should carefully review the rules and regulations of the exchanges offering the system and/or listing the instruments you intend to trade. Online trading has inherent risks due to system response and access times that may vary due to market conditions, system performance, etc. You should understand these and additional risks before trading.
The client bears the following risks in connection with computer equipment and data use. In these cases, the company has no liability for any resulting loss:
- Power cut of the equipment on the side of the client or the provider or communication operator (including voice communication) that serves the client
- Physical damage (or destruction) of the communication channels used to link the client and provider (communication operator)
- Outage (unacceptably low quality) of communication via the channels used by the client, or the company of the channels used by the provider, or communication operator (including voice communication) that are used by the client or the company
- Wrong or inconsistent with requirements settings of the client terminal
- Untimely update of the client terminal
- The use of communication channels, hardware, and software generates the risk of the client not receiving a message (including text messages) from the company.
- Malfunction or non-operability of the platform, which also includes the client terminal
- Failure of client’s devices, software and poor quality of connection
- ClickAlgo Limited or client’s hardware or software failure, malfunction or misuse
- Improper work of client’s equipment
- Wrong settings of the client’s terminal
- Delayed updates to the client’s terminal
You can use our software and extensions after account activation with a chosen service provider (the broker); you will be able to:
- After downloading and installing (where applicable) the trading and/or betting platforms (the “Software”), you should ensure they are accessible and operational.
- The software, which a third party may have developed, is provided “as is”. We will ensure, but cannot guarantee, that the software supports data security protocols compatible with your broker's. We also cannot guarantee that the software is error-free or deficiencies-free.
- To a reasonable extent, we will maintain the software and any other related systems up to date. We and/or any relevant third party may perform maintenance from time to time, which includes shutting down, restarting and/or refreshing the servers to ensure or procuring to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the software. These actions may cause the software to be inaccessible and/or inoperative for some time. Therefore, you accept that we will bear no responsibility for any loss, including financial loss and/or opportunity, due to maintenance and/or any action or omission of ClickAlgo Limited and/or the third-party software provider.

International copyright laws protect this website, its content, and its products. Reproduction and distribution of the content or any product without the written permission of the owner is prohibited.
Typographical Errors
If an Author's product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the Author reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for a product listed at the incorrect price. The author reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged or completed. Suppose your payment method has already been charged or completed for the purchase and your order is cancelled. In that case, the Author shall issue a credit to your payment method used in the amount of the incorrect price less any applicable proration.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Author, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Force Majeure
Author and its suppliers shall not be liable in any respect for failures to perform hereunder due wholly or substantially to the elements, acts of God, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of civil or military authority, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, armed hostilities, riots and other unavoidable events beyond the control of the Author or its suppliers, and the time for performance of obligations hereunder by the Author or its suppliers subject to such event shall be extended for the duration of such event.
