    Value Added Tax (VAT)

According to the EU VAT rules on digital goods, we must pay VAT, if customers from EU countries purchase digital goods from the ClickAlgo online store. Digital goods are downloadable files or some other kind of electronically supplied product.

Consumers living in the European Union (EU) must pay a value-added tax (VAT) on digital goods at the rate that applies in their own country, regardless of where the seller is located. We are a non-EU supplier of electronically supplied services. As such, our VAT registration number is prefixed by "EU" and has been issued by the VAT One Stop Shop (VAT OSS) Union scheme in Ireland.

We are legally obliged to collect value-added tax for our European customers, all our site prices are inclusive of VAT. As the VAT OSS scheme is for the declaration of VAT on intra-EU B2C supplies only it cannot currently be checked in an online validation system.
