Premium Membership, Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern the Premium Membership offered by ClickAlgo Limited. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. Subscription and billing

• The plan is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.

• Payment is taken in advance for the next month.

• Prices may change. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance, and the change will take effect at the next renewal.

• Failed payments may result in the suspension or termination of access.

3. What you get

• Access to all Premium products while your subscription is active.

• Priority support on the support site at clickalgo.info.

• No email support, except for urgent account or access issues at our discretion.

• A download limit of ten items per day across your account.

4. Fair use and limits

• The 10-per-day download limit is a firm cap.

• Automation, scraping, or sharing of direct download links is not allowed.

• Accounts are for a single named customer. You may not share, resell, or sublicense access.

5. Access ends when payment ends

• If you cancel or a renewal payment fails, your Premium access and priority support end at the renewal time.

• You will lose access to Premium downloads, updates, and any gated content.

• Unless a product page states otherwise, Premium-only products are licensed for use during an active subscription. If your subscription ends, you must stop using Premium-only products and remove them from your systems.

6. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time by contacting us before the next renewal date.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

• We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time after the 14-day cooling-off period.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Eligibility
  Premium Membership purchases include a 14-day refund window beginning on the date of the initial subscription payment. If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a refund minus applicable administrative and payment-processing fees. Your access to Premium features will end when the refund is issued.

• No Refunds After the First 14 Days
  After the initial 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time.

• Ongoing Renewals
  If your subscription renews automatically, the renewal payment is subject to the same rules: Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the renewal charge, minus administrative and processing fees. After 14 days from renewal, the payment is final for that billing cycle.

7. Support scope

• Priority support is provided only through our support site.

• We do not guarantee response times, though Premium requests are queued ahead of standard requests.

• We do not provide financial advice. Any examples or settings provided are for educational and demonstration purposes only.

8. Updates and availability

• We reserve the right to add, change, or retire products. If we retire a product, we may offer an alternative where possible.

• We may suspend access for maintenance or security. We will act to minimise disruption, but uptime is not guaranteed.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to

• bypass access controls or download limits,

• reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our products except where a product page explicitly allows source code use,

• use the services to violate any law,

• interfere with the operation of our websites or services.

10. Intellectual property

ClickAlgo Limited or our licensors own all products, content, and materials. Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Premium products during an active subscription, subject to these terms and any product-specific license agreements.

11. No warranties, risk warning

Software is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Nothing we publish is financial advice. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Premium Membership during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for breach of these terms, fraud, or abuse. If we terminate for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on our site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. By subscribing, you consent to that use.

16. Governing law

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
