We recommend purchasing Xen AI credits directly from within Xen whenever possible. Payments made through Xen are processed automatically through Stripe, and your credits are normally added to your Xen account immediately after a successful payment.

If you can't complete a payment in Xen, you can purchase credits through the ClickAlgo website instead. Website purchases are intended as an alternative payment option for users experiencing payment issues inside Xen.

Please note that credits purchased through the ClickAlgo website are added to your Xen account manually. This usually takes around 1–3 hours during normal operating periods, so purchasing directly through Xen is the fastest option.

How it works

If possible, sign in to Xen and purchase your credits directly from the credit or billing section. Once Stripe approves the payment, the new balance is usually available immediately.

If the Xen payment process does not work for you, purchase the required amount of credit through the ClickAlgo website using the same account associated with your Xen access. We will then manually apply the purchased credit to your Xen account.

You can use your available Xen credit for supported AI development tasks, including building, repairing, modifying, converting and analysing trading software. Credit is deducted according to the AI model and task selected.

Use your credit across Xen

You can use purchased Xen credit across the supported Xen platforms for cTrader, NinjaTrader, and TradingView development. This includes creating new indicators and trading systems, repairing source code, modifying existing projects and working with cBots, NinjaScript and Pine Script.
