    What Is The (ADX) Indicator?

    The ADX indicator is used to evaluate the trend strength and the calculations are based on a moving average of price range expansion over a given period of time. you will find that with most indicators the default setting is 14 bars, although other time periods can be used. This indicator can be used with most instruments.


    It usually plots as a single line with values ranging from a low of zero to a high of 100, but with this advanced version, it is shown as bars for the bullish and bearish trends and as the ADX indicator registers trend strength whether the price is trending up or down.

    How To Install

    First, make sure you have the cTrader trading platform installed and then simply unzip the file and double-click on it to automatically install onto the platform.
