Our NinjaTrader vendor program allows you to market your indicators, add-ons, or other trading tools on our marketplace. Your product is usually shown on page one when a person searches for a particular tool using an online search engine. We accomplish this using Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) when we create your product page on our website and post it on our social media channels.
With better exposure to the market, you gain more sales.
When one of your products is sold on our marketplace, you will receive an automated email; you can also log in to your vendor portal and view all your recent sales. If you have made over £25.00, you can request a withdrawal for your product sales.
The cost of selling your product on our website will be 30% of the total sale. We pay all international transaction fees from the customer, so you receive 70% of the sale price minus the transaction fee to transfer the money to your account.
Our vendors benefit from offering a 14-day trial and refund option for their tools using our integrated license system.
Studies and case reports suggest a trial period can boost conversions by 20–50% or more, especially for software. Customers are likelier to try a product if they feel they can back out without consequences. People are more likely to purchase after experiencing the value firsthand during the trial period.
We do not accept automated trading strategies as part of the vendor program.
Payments are made weekly, every Friday, on sales greater than £25.00 via Transferwise or PayPal.
To protect ourselves against customers requesting a refund, we will pay the vendor for sales made 14 days or more from when the invoice was sent. This applies to vendors using our remote licensing system with a 14-day refund option.
When you sign up as a vendor, you will automatically agree to our terms of service when you read them and tick a box. This protects both parties should there be a dispute at any time. Either party can also cancel with a 7-day notice.
We only accept products that pass our quality assurance (QA) test. If you send us your indicator, add-on or tool and a description of its uniqueness, we can tell you if we feel it can be sold. A good product will generate good sales.
