This dashboard for the cTrader platform shows the volatility of an instrument together with the spread and depth of market all in a nice graphical view.

Instant Alert for high volatility, excellent tool for scalping
Pros:
a) High sensitivity and instant alert when there is any high volatility. It is very crucial for low timeframe scalping which may need your attention.
b) Volume can be adjusted
c) Alert level can be set
d) Alert can be muted.
Cons:
a) Unable to minimize the panel although there is a minimization button (I use IC Markets).
b) The panel is too big, no option to select a simplified panel.
