This tool is a cTrader indicator that works by listening to your keyboard events, all you need to do is attach it to any chart where you wish to capture these events and when you click on any of the pre-set keyboard keys the chart timeframe or symbol will change.
cTrader Hotkeys vs Chart Navigator?
The difference between the way this indicator works and the cTrader built-in up/down arrow hotkeys is when you use this indicator and attach it to several cTrader charts it changes the time frame or symbol simultaneously on all charts, not just the chart that has the focus.
You have to first press either right or left control button (ctrl) and then either up/down arrow buttons for changing the time frame or left/right arrow buttons for changing the symbol. The indicator only works on the attached charts, it will not have any effect on charts that you haven’t attached.
This indicator will allow you to set up a maximum of 10-timeframes and unlimited symbols on the chart that you attach it to.
How to Use This Tool
You press the right or left control button (ctrl) and then either the up or down arrow buttons to change the time frame or the left and right arrow buttons for changing the symbol. The indicator has to be attached to a chart in order for it to work, if you wish it to work on multiple charts like in the video demonstration below you need o to attach it to all the charts.
